My camera bag was lost/stolen Sunday, 1/25 at DIA in an elevator near the East door #507. There was a Canon EOS Digital Camera and Sony Handycam HDR-SR7 camcorder. The camcorder contains our only son's birth, first steps, first birthday, etc and the only video our family has of our now deceased grandfather. These videos cannot be downloaded without specific Sony software and Sony is aware that the camcorder is missing. Please help.
